Day III- A morning of struggles

Good Day All!
Today is my morning of struggles.Let's see so first I drop off my siggy@ work and go to WallyWorld to buy some sweats and can only find 1 pair(yikes) then I remember it is essentially summertime.When I get back home I jump on the scale and boy am I in for a shock" 278.8 pounds" so that kinda ruined it for me.
So now back to the drawing board. I think I need to re-work my daily calorie allotment in order to lose weight so now I am going to consume between 1000-1200 daily so now breakfast:

Breakfast: 2 wraps w/turkey bacon/lettuce/tomato and a few drops of italian dressing=500 calories
(a little more than i should have eaten but it's ok b/c one day at a time).
