Now for the Main Course :)

I pondered what was I going to have for dinner ???? I decided to make a gynormous salad with a ll the stuff I like(oh yeah)......now humor me(ha)..without further adieu....here's dinner:

Iceberg lettuce/sprouts/tomatoes/cucumbers/turkey bacon and 2 capfuls of dressing equaling 500 calories...I almost forgot to mention that I had a granola bar(220 calories) about 3:30 so basically I hit my mark of about 2000 calories a day and it is not as hard as I envisioned. What has been a great source of ideas for me has been Ali's show on the LiveWell Network. I highly suggest that  anyone interested in  making changes weight-wise check her out....she is awesome :) and yes I use my smileys alot because I am a happy person in spite of being "Obese" however I got tired of being sick and tired/lethargic,etc, I have been so inspired by Ali,Kirstie Alley,Jennifer Hudson and Chaka Khan (All women I admire for various reasons).If they can  do it then so can I so stay tuned and God Bless.
